Notes:

A) Blogger is extremely ADD. Expect posts do jump topics more often than Democrats changing positions. Blogger is also conservative on pretty much everything. B) As far as this blogger is concerned, the SSPX is at least irregular canonically, if not in outright schism. I'm sure there are many holy people in the group, and for some the SSPX Mass could well be the only alternative to worshiping the "Earth goddess" in their home parish, but otherwise, a Catholic is morally bound to attend a Mass offered according to the permissions in Summorum Pontificum, should he wish to worship according to the Extraordinary form. C) Just because I link to a site DOES NOT mean I condone every last link and statement ON that site. I take no responsibility for where you go after leaving my blog.

Protestants and Contraception

Protestants and Contraception (written from the perspective of a “cradle Lutheran”)
This article also remains, in my opinion, respectful of Catholics when we are mentioned. Martin Luther and John Calvin are the two most frequently quoted. There’s really some idealism of “Protestant Europe,” though. (Probably comparable to Catholics who over-do the Middle Ages.) Also interesting is [...]

HaloScan?

So supposedly I should be able to add HaloScan in here for comments and trackback. (Love ya’ WordPress, but…) However, I’m not finding where I can edit things like HEAD tags and such…is that something I need to pay to be able to do or what?
*Wanders off for Googling…*

I love parody, puns, and satire…

…and this time the Curt Jester is full of them. Somehow I doubt we’ll get the nurse at my (Catholic) college to stock this….though it’d be a Godsend…
Milk of Magistarium
Yeah…I fail at spelling…you’ll get used to it, though. Or I’ll get flamed.

Deo Gratias! (Please forgive my spelling…)

A longer post on the MP will be forthcomming (I hope.) In the mean time:

Why I Oughta…

Alright, someone want to tell me who the schlemiel was, (and feel free to correct my spelling on that,) who broke the embargo on the motu proprio? The news show on EWTN said it was broken on the internet, and I want to know who the irresponsible blogger was, the schmuck.
To the ばかな人:
I’ll bet [...]

Eucharistic Reverance

Mantilla tip to A Catholic Life for this gem:
Mission: Restore Eucharistic Reverance
As a good friend of mine, just graduated from our college, said when I posted something similar to this on my Friends-Only Live Journal, “If we truly believe in the Divine Presence of our Lord in the Eurcharist, then we wouldn’t be receiving [...]
